FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

 


Can I bring my kids? Our minimum age requirement for your kiddo is 14+. We also have a two person maximum occupancy in all of our Cottages. We do allow up to 4 people in tent sites 6-10 with written request. Approval is dependent on our occupancy at that time to ensure we do not overcrowd the campground and facilities.

Can 3 people stay in your Cottages or Furnished Wall Tents? We have a 2 person maximum occupancy in our accommodations. We allow up to 3 people in Cottage 1 for an additional nightly fee of $75. A twin sized bed will be set up for you in the cottage. We have a strict 2 person maximum occupancy in our furnished wall tents. No exceptions.

Where can I store my bicycle? If you’re camping, at your campsite or in or on your vehicle only. Not at the Camp Building. We have bicycle racks in our parking lot for your convenience as well. Do not leave your bike or equipment at the camp building. We kindly ask that bicycles are not stored inside the cottages or furnished wall tents.  Excessive dirt or damage to linens carpets or furniture will result in charges for additional cleaning fees or damages.

Do you have electric outlets to charge my e-bike? There are outlets at the main camp building and at the Cottage check in kiosk near the bike racks.

Do you have shuttle service?  A taxi service is available on Lopez Island thr. Text or Call 360-298-5191to make arrangements.

Do you allow early check in? If you need a guaranteed early check that is available for a fee. Please select that option at the time of making your reservation.

Do you have gift certificates?  Yes, you can purchase gift certificates through the “Book Your Stay” link on our website. 

Do you do weddings/events?  At this time we cater to individual bookings only.

Do you have WIFI? Yes. We have free wifi in our cottages, camp buildings and check in buildings.  This is an island network and as such inclement weather, wind and traffic can affect speeds - it is generally stable but we are not in a city.

Can I bring two dogs?  We allow one dog in Cottage 5 for a nightly fee of $40. We have a strict one dog limit. We also allow one dog in Tent Site #10, and two dogs in Tent Site #13. Dogs that affect the peace and tranquility of other visitors, our neighbors or farm animals will be asked to leave. Please know that Cottages left with more hair, dirt, and mess for staff to clean up in or around the cottage will incur an additional cleaning fee.

Can I bring my cat? Absolutely not. Due to allergies that many of our guests have to cats we have a strict no cat policy. You will be asked to leave if you bring a cat.

Do you have car chargers? We do not at this time offer electric car charging.  There are charging stations at the Lopez Island Library and a couple other locations in the village.

Do the cottages have fireplaces? All five of the cottages have gas fireplaces.  We do not allow for open outdoor fires.  Our main camp building is equipped with an enclosed fireplace with spark arrestor.  Fire regulations do not allow open wood fires at the campsites.  Portable propane fire pits, cook stoves or hibachi are allowed outdoors and at your campsite.

Do the furnished wall tents have outlets? No. Each wall tent is provided with one portable battery pack which has one outlet and usb charger.
